Please enter on the Grove Street Side of the building. A map of the area can be found here. The library is very near the Civic Center BART station. If you choose to drive, some nearby public garages are described here.
Light refreshments will be provided in the morning. Food and drinks other than water may not be brought into the auditorium. There will be a lunch break from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm and there are many restaurants nearby.
