Registration is now open for the Future of Libraries Conference, back in person on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at San Francisco Public Library from 9am – 4pm. This year, we tackle the nitty-gritty of how to serve our communities in a rapidly changing world. Our keynote speakers, librarians Frieda Afary and Wonda Powell, will address librarians’ role in teaching critical thinking and empathy in an age of disinformation. Other topics include conflicts around digital lending, and non-traditional library collections.
