Ozy Aloziem is a TEDx speaker and an award-winning Igbo social worker deeply committed to collective liberation and racial justice.
There’s a common misconception that diverse environments are naturally or inherently inclusive. You’ve got more diverse, well-represented teams so people have to feel included in a company like this, right? Not always, as it turns out. We all have a role to play in maintaining an inclusive environment. In this interactive workshop, we will discuss strategies and tips for fostering and maintaining work environments where all feel a sense of belonging and value within the organization.
