2022-2023 Public Library Staff Education Program (PLSEP) is now open!

The California State Library is pleased to announce that the call for student applications for the 2022-2023 Public Library Staff Education Program (PLSEP) is now open!
The Public Library Staff Education Program is a tuition reimbursement program developed by the California State Library to improve library services to Californiaās diverse communities. To support the professional development of California public libraries, the California State Library works with cooperative library systems to provide public and county law library staff with tuition reimbursement for courses required for a Masterās degree in Library and Information Science. The Public Library Staff Education Program is supported in whole or in part by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered in California by the State Librarian.

Student applications are due Friday, October 28, 2022 12 p.m. (noon).
