Building and Fostering a Culture of Privacy

ABOUT EVENT

We wrap up the “Data Privacy Best Practices Training for Libraries” train-the-trainer series with addressing the big question – how can libraries cultivate a culture of privacy? This interactive webinar breaks down the components of building a privacy program, including identifying stakeholders, creating buy-in, and exploring different privacy frameworks to incorporate into library operations. We end the series with a discussion about taking what participants learned throughout the series and turning it into action.

Note – This series will include suggested readings and exercises to complement each webinar. Participants are also highly encouraged to take part in the privacy discussions on Basecamp.
